How Shopping Process Works With Peiliee Shop

2. ADD TO CART
Add your favourite products you would love to get into cart so you won't forget it or taken by someone else!
We could process it to see the shipping fee without paying for it. The shipping fee is depending on the Weight and amount of your order.

3. USE COUPONS
If you have any Gift Card for discount code you would like to use, please place it at "Code Bar" when you want to check out your cart.
"Code bar" is under the cart product list
After you have added everything you wanted to cart and placed promotion code, now is time to pay.
We accept Card payment and Paypal payment.
Sometime the card payment didn't went through it might due to the zip code of your card billing address and your living address are not match, or if you have typed cvc code wrong, or if you didn't have the enough amount in your card.
If the payment didn't went though, we won't charge anything from you, and you are safe to try it again!
5. RECEIVE CONFIMATION EMAIL
After you have successfully paid your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 5min! (Please check your spam folder if you didn't get it)
The email contacts Order Number (Very important to track your order making process!), the product information and amount you have paid. As well as a lovely discount code for your next order!
6. WAITING FOR MAKING PROCESS
After we have received your payment, we will start making your order.
The order making time is depending on the product itself. Sometimes you can see the products are in stock but the fabric for making it might be out of stock, which will take extra time for making your order.
Usually lucky bags have the shortest waiting time since its all already made!
Generally processing time is 3 days for products which are already in stock, for products which are make for orders takes 7-10 making days, for handmade jewellery or accessories takes 5-7 making days. For special pre-order products, we have making time in the product information page.
If you order making time was over the period which we expected, we will send you extras Gift Card for apologising the late making process. You will receive this Gift Card from email@example.com after we have shipped your order.
7. ORDER SHIPPED!
One we have shipped your order due to the shipping method you paid with, you will receive a confirmation email named "Your order has been shipped!" with a tracing number (very important!) and a tracking website where you can track your package status.
If the tracking website is not working, please email or chat with us, we will help you to find your package.
If the information was not updating constantly, please don't worry, since for standard delivery the tracking information is not up to date every moment. The package will update once it has received by the custom.
If anything happened with your package, please contact us and your local post office with the tracking number we provided.
Since we are not a shipping company (logistic company), its very hard and very time taken for us to help you tracking your package, but we would love to help out!
