1. Return Eligibility by Region

Sweden 🇸🇪 – Enjoy free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

European Union 🇪🇺 (excluding Norway, UK & Switzerland) – Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
The 14-day period starts from the day after you receive your order.
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective ).

Australia 🇦🇺 – Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Other countries – At this time, we are unable to offer returns for customers outside the EU and Australia

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.

All accessories, free gifts, and packaging must be included.

We do not accept returns if there are visible stains, marks, smears, tears, or any other damage.

All returns must be approved by our customer service before being sent back — items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Process

Email us at info@peilieeshop.com & service@peilieeshop.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival. If the item is in perfect resellable condition and meets our policy, we will process your refund minus the original shipping cost.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval (processing time may vary depending on your bank).
5. Damages, Issues & Lost Packages

Damaged or Wrong Item Received – Please contact us immediately at the receiving date with photos if your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color/size. We will evaluate the issue and provide the best solution.

Package Damaged on Arrival – Take photos before opening the package and email them to us.

Lost Packages – If your package has not arrived after 2 months, contact your local post office for proof of non-delivery and send it to us. We will provide a full refund for the product price (shipping not included). If you purchased shipping insurance, we will refund both product and shipping.

Unclaimed Packages – If your package is not collected within 20 days and is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. In rare cases where the package is returned to us in good condition, you may choose to pay for reshipping.
6. Quality Assurance
We take product quality very seriously:

Our quality control team checks every order when it is completed in our making studio and again during packing.

Before shipping, we take detailed photos of each product as proof of quality and keep them on file.

We ensure there are no quality issues before sending your order.

Please note that color variations may occur due to different screen displays. We recommend checking our customer review page and our Instagram (@PeilieeShop) to see real-life photos of our products before purchasing.

Product photos are taken in natural daylight to best reflect true colors.
7. Shipping Cost Responsibility

Due to quality problems or our mistakes – PeilieeShop will cover the return shipping cost.

Change-of-mind returns – Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
