For orders that include physical items, optional Shipping Insurance may be added at checkout.
Once a package has been dispatched from our warehouse and accepted by the postal service, the delivery process is handled by the postal system.
With Shipping Insurance, a full refund may be issued if the package is officially confirmed as lost after investigation.
A package is considered lost only when there are no tracking updates for 120 consecutive days, in accordance with postal investigation standards.
