For our EU customers, you can return as long as you bear the EU shipping cost to our Sweden Warehouse.

For our international customers outside the EU, you can return as long as you bear the international shipping cost to our Hongkong Warehouse.

The return must be noticed to our customer service email service@peilieeshop.com within 5 days you received your package (as shown on the website tracking page), and you must keep the original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damaged items with makeup marks on,  lingerie, lucky bag items and customized items. 
After we have received your returned items and checked the condition of the goods, we will refund the payment method you placed your order with. 

1. All the parcels are transported by third-party logistics providers. We cooperate with air shipping logistic companies for package shipping all over the world.

Upon notice from our logistics providers, due to the COVID - 19 pandemic across the world. Flights across countries are frequently canceled, and packages need to stay in quarantine for extra days. Your package might be delayed up to 30-60 days in shipment progress or without tracking updating since the package is not processing forward. All logistics routes are affected to some extent. We apologize for the inconvenience caused!

 

2. PeilieeShop cannot control or take full responsibility for the package delays, damages, losses, taxation, and penalties from third-party post couriers. But we will fully disclose related risks before you make a purchase, coordinate with couriers for solutions on your behalf, and compensate you according to the couriers' after-sales rules.

3. Please pay attention to the seal whether it has any damage before signing the parcel.

If the package is damaged, please take a picture and save it as evidence before opening the parcel.

If the product inside the parcel is missing or damaged, please do not throw the shipping box and the tape used to seal the b. You will need them when contacting the customer service team.

Please report the situation to your local courier within two business days after signing the parcel (Check the date that the package was delivered on the local courier's website) and ask them for the feedback form.

Please provide the invoice, photos of the actual product, and your local courier's feedback form to the PeilieeShop's customer service representative.

4. If your parcel is returned to us in Hongkong or Sweden warehouse due to failed security inspection, unsigned parcel, wrong address, and incorrect distribution, we will ship the parcel again with an Extra shipping charge after receiving your return package. Please notice the return package may take up to 3 months since no one is paying for the returning shipping fee.
