Urban Fairycore Fawn Coat vs Deerin Flower Field Faux Fur Coat

Both coats are from Rose Island’s Deer Collection and both look dreamy in the snow – but they feel very different when you wear them. Below is a comparison based on Peiliee’s own try-on:
Peiliee’s measurements: Bust 92cm, Waist 75cm, Shoulder 36.5cm. Usually wears size S/M (EU 36/38) in ZARA & H&M and size M/38 in SKIMS.

Overall vibe Soft checked fairycore city coat with faux-fur cuffs and collar. More “daily wearable” and elegant. Full faux-fur deer coat with ears and flower trim on the hood. Very cute and best for styling.
Warmth (tested in ~0°C, snowing) Warmer. Stayed outside around 20 minutes in 0°C snowy weather with one sweater inside and did not feel cold. Less warm. Has a fleece inner layer but still feels more suitable for milder weather (around 5-10°C), not for Swedish winter.
Fit on Peiliee Size: One Size – fits comfortably with one thick sweater inside and still has room for more layers. Size tried: M – can close the buttons but feels very tight on the arms and shoulders because of the fleece lining and non-stretch fabric.
Shoulder & arm comfort Arms and shoulders feel relaxed. Good mobility and comfortable for layering. But arms are in short length. Arms and shoulders feel tight and restricted. Not comfortable if you have broader shoulders or want to wear thicker knits under.
Sizing advice (if your size is similar to Peiliee) One Size works well. Suitable for people who usually wear S–M (EU 34–38) and even some L if you don’t add too many thick layers. At least L for Peiliee’s measurements. If you have wider shoulders, consider XL. If you love heavy layering (several sweaters inside), choose XXL.
Best for Cold winter days, Christmas markets, everyday city walks, and commuting in real winter temperatures. A practical coat that is still dreamy and cute. Photoshoots, cute dates, and outings in early winter or autumn when the weather is around 10°C or higher. Ideal if you care more about the fluffy deer look than maximum warmth.
Layering space Good layering space – fits a sweater or even more inside without feeling tight. Very limited layering space in the sleeves and shoulders in smaller sizes. Needs sizing up for comfortable layering.
Silhouette & length A-line shape, no hood, extra deer collar included. Feels like a classic winter coat with fairy touches. Longer. Fluffy, round, “teddy deer” silhouette. More slim fit, cute hood looks like a deer hat. Shorter.

How to choose?

  • If you live somewhere cold or snowy: Urban Fairycore Fawn Coat is the safer and warmer choice.
  • If you mainly want a fluffy deer look for photos and milder weather: Deer in Flower Field Faux Fur Coat is perfect – just remember to size up 1–2 sizes, especially if your shoulders are wider than Peiliee or you love layering.
  • If your measurements are close to Peiliee’s (Bust 92cm, Waist 75cm, Shoulder 36.5cm):
    • Urban Fairycore Fawn Coat: One Size fits well with a sweater inside.
    • Deer Long Coat: M is too tight; choose at least L, or XL/XXL for extra comfort and layers.
